Where is loping plains in eq2

For the record the Loping Plains does not exist as a zone in EQlive. Anyways, who says humans can't move to Faydwer if they didn't want to? None of the quests I've done in Loping Plains, Mistmoore Catacombs, or Castle Mistmoore itself has alluded to why the village exists there or when it was formed.

All we know is that the citizens live under the will of Mayong Mistmoore and are entirely at his mercy, which is why they must pay tribute to him. Some of the citizens there are vampires. The rest are a mix of Humans and a bunch of people from freethinkers. Castle Mistmoore was connected to Lesser Faydark. This whole area is new to everyone. It's not like all the villagers can just get thier things and move. And its clear that the Village of Sombrom is nothing more then a cattle village for the Vampires.

It goes along with the whole "Villagers under the noble Vampires castle" thing. Like Dracula. The Vampire usually has a huge uberly Noble Castle up above, where he and his vampire friends can sit, chill, discuss politics, drink blood, drink wine, have Balls, etc.

Cause thats like.. And usually, away from the castle you will have a small village of Humans, diddling about toiling. The vampire Lord usually will use this village as cattle, to use as a food source or whatever else vampires use humans for. Shintou, I saw the original and that was hilarious. Even if it was dancing the line But that's what I was trying to get at, what was the land mass if known even if it was not a zone that could be played.
